Perched on the top of a peak, the village of Opio is a protected
site with typical Mediterranean vegetation. One finds here pine groves, cork
oaks, heather, arbutus trees, and olive groves. In this magnificent setting,
walking and riding trails have been fitted out in the middle of the 450ha. of
Opio forests.
The Mediterranean Club chose Opio to set up its Provence-Cote d'Azur vacation
club.
